Betty's Sticky Date Pudding

A classic Australian dessert. A delicious moist cake made with medjool dates served warm with Betty's Caramel Sauce. Extra delicious with cream or vanilla ice cream.

Storage: Keep refrigerated or freeze. Best eaten within 2 weeks.

Heating Instructions.

(small) Microwave: Remove plastic, place pudding on a plate, stir sauce and pour over cake. Warm in microwave on medium for 1 minute.

(large) Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°, remove plastic cover, stir sauce and spread a little over cake. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through. In a sauce pan, warm the caramel sauce and serve with the pudding.
